Absolutely not impressed with this platform. Let's start with the user interface - it's just not intuitive at all. I struggled to find basic features, and the navigation is so clunky. It’s almost like the designers didn’t test it with real users. Signing up was a hassle too, with unnecessary steps that seemed to be there just to waste time. When I finally got into the main part of the site, it was disappointing to say the least. I expected a lot more given how it’s advertised. The graphics seemed outdated, and the overall look of the site is just unappealing. It's far from professional and seems very half-baked. Another big issue is the speed. The pages took forever to load, and it’s not my internet - every other site works fine. This made using the service frustrating and tedious. I couldn't complete the tasks I wanted to within a reasonable timeframe. Furthermore, there is a distinct lack of useful features. They promise so much, but deliver so little. I found myself wondering why I even bothered, as it didn't provide anything I couldn't get elsewhere and better. I had a few interactions with customer support, and that was another unpleasant experience. They're slow to respond and when they finally do, the answers are vague and unhelpful. It's clear they don't prioritize good customer service, which is a huge letdown. There’s also the matter of frequent bugs. Things breaking down unexpectedly, parts of the site not operational - it’s just not reliable at all. For a service that's supposed to make things easier, it sure does introduce a lot of frustrations into the process. Overall, I’d say skip this one. There are better platforms out there that do the same thing but way more efficiently and with a lot less hassle. I'm really disappointed because I had high hopes but this just didn't deliver on any front.
