I recently bought a pair of shoes from xeroshoes.eu, and I have to say, I am quite disappointed with my purchase. First off, the website navigation was a nightmare. I had to click back and forth so many times just to find the right size, and then when I finally made my selection, the checkout process was confusing and frustrating. The pop-ups and unnecessary add-ons made it even more annoying. Now, let’s talk about the shoes. When they finally arrived after a lengthy wait of nearly three weeks, the packaging was damaged and the shoes inside looked already worn out. I was expecting something comfortable and durable given the price, but instead, I got a pair that felt flimsy and poorly made. The sole is too thin, making it uncomfortable to walk on any uneven surface, and the material doesn’t seem breathable at all. Wearing them after just an hour made my feet sweaty and uncomfortable. The sizing chart on the website is also incredibly misleading. I followed it to the letter, yet the shoes run much smaller than expected. I tried reaching out to customer service, but it was another ordeal. Long wait times, unhelpful responses, and when I finally got through, they just redirected me to their FAQs page, which didn’t address my issues directly. For nearly €100, I expected much better quality and customer service. It feels like a major rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Xero Shoes unless you’re prepared to deal with possible issues and bad customer service on top of an overpriced, mediocre product. Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I regret making this purchase. I'll definitely think twice before shopping here again.
Les chaussures ne sont pas confortables du tout. Je suis très déçu par la qualité. Elles ont commencé à s'user après seulement quelques utilisations. Je ne recommande pas ces chaussures.
