This website is really underwhelming. Wayfair.ca promises a wide variety of home goods, but my experience with them has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the website navigation is incredibly clunky and not user-friendly at all. I found it extremely difficult to filter through categories to find specific items I was looking for. It feels like they haven't updated their UI in years, and it's not intuitive or modern by any means. Then, there's the issue of product quality. I ordered a dining table set that was quite expensive, expecting top-notch craftsmanship, but what I received was mediocre at best. The furniture was poorly constructed, and some of the pieces had visible scratches and dents. When I contacted customer service to complain, it took ages to get a response. They were not helpful and just passed me from one agent to another without providing any real solution. By the time they offered a partial refund, the entire process had been so drawn out that it barely felt worth it. The shipping experience was also a mess. The estimated delivery time kept changing, and there was barely any communication from the company regarding delays. When the items finally arrived, the packaging was damaged, and some of the small parts were missing, which added to the assembly headache. To add insult to injury, their return policy is confusing and not customer-friendly. Trying to return items is a hassle, and they often make you pay for return shipping, which can be quite expensive. Overall, I had high hopes for Wayfair.ca given their big name in the market, but they fell short in almost every aspect. I wouldn't recommend this site unless you're prepared for poor service and a lot of frustration.
Très déçu par les meubles achetés. La qualité laisse à désirer et le montage est compliqué. Beaucoup de pièces manquantes. 😞
