I was really looking forward to the Lord of the Rings challenge, but the app has too many bugs. Disappointed with the customer service experience.

I joined the Harry Potter Virtual Challenge and it was so much fun! The app is very user-friendly and syncing with my smartwatch was seamless. Great way to stay motivated.

The idea of virtual challenges is cool, but the app is super buggy. It keeps crashing and doesn't sync properly with my fitness tracker. Expected more for the price! đź‘Ž

Great concept but the website is very slow. Sometimes I can't even load my progress, which is quite frustrating.

I really expected more from The Conqueror app and website. The idea behind it is great, combining virtual challenges with real-world exercise, but the execution is quite disappointing. First, the app is incredibly slow. Every time I try to log a workout, it takes forever to load and sometimes it doesn't even register my activity. I have to try multiple times before it finally works. This constant lag makes it very frustrating to use. Second, the rewards system, which is supposed to be motivational, falls flat. The medals you receive hardly look like the high-quality items they advertise. They look cheap and you can clearly see the low quality in their finish. For the price you pay for the challenges, I expected much better. Another major issue is customer support. It is almost non-existent. I had a problem with my account and sent several emails, but it took them over a week to respond, and even then the solution they offered wasn’t helpful. In fact, it seemed like a generic answer that didn't address my specific problem at all. Also, the community aspect of the app leaves a lot to be desired. The forums and groups are barely active, and it's hard to find any meaningful interaction or encouragement. You would think that with so many registered users, there would be more engagement, but it seems the majority of the profiles are inactive. Overall, I'm very disappointed with my experience. I was really looking forward to using this as a way to stay motivated and improve my fitness, but instead it has been nothing but a hassle. I hope they make significant improvements in the future, but as of now, I can't recommend it. Save your money and look for other fitness apps that are more reliable and have better customer service.

Company description The Conqueror

The Conqueror is a revolutionary platform dedicated to virtual fitness challenges. This site offers a unique approach to achieving your health and fitness goals through inspiring and engaging virtual challenges. Gone are the days of monotonous workouts, as The Conqueror transforms every mile run, walked, cycled, or swum into an exciting adventure.

The site immediately captivates Harry Potter™ fans by announcing that Harry Potter™ virtual challenges are now available. This sets the tone for the diversity and originality of the challenges offered, ensuring that there is something motivating for everyone. The main idea here is that every effort counts, every mile covered brings the participant closer to conquering a SMART goal - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely.

Challenges can be completed at one's own pace and schedule, whether done individually or in teams. This flexibility is one of The Conqueror's main strengths, offering great freedom to users to tailor the challenges to their own needs and constraints. Participants can connect their favorite fitness apps or manually record their distances via the award-winning "The Conqueror" mobile app or website.

Tracking progress is simplified with mobile apps available on iOS and Android. Users can manually enter an activity with its distance or sync their activities from supported fitness trackers or smartwatches like Apple Watch, Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Adidas Running, Strava, Map My Run, Map My Ride, Map My Walk, and Runkeeper. This enables seamless integration and a frictionless user experience, ensuring every effort is accounted for.

Moreover, The Conqueror offers a captivating series of virtual challenges based on iconic locations and historical routes. For example, the Angkor Wat challenge takes you 32 km through the magnificent ruins of the Khmer civilization in the lush jungles of Siem Reap, Cambodia. Other challenges include crossing the English Channel over 33 km, tackling the iconic 42 km Athens Marathon in Greece, and following the 42 km Inca Trail through Peru to Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Each challenge is carefully designed to provide an immersive and enriching experience that goes beyond mere physical exercise.

In addition, the site commits to maintaining user interest by regularly offering new challenges, each with its unique features and milestones to achieve. It's a brilliant method to ensure engagement never wanes and that users continue to actively participate.

The Conqueror is not just a fitness tool but a global community of people driven by a common desire to improve their fitness while exploring extraordinary places virtually. Each challenge also offers an opportunity to learn about the locations traversed, adding an educational and cultural dimension to the experience. Certificates of achievement, digital postcards, and end-of-journey medals are other elements that increase motivation and the sense of accomplishment.

In conclusion, The Conqueror offers an innovative and engaging method to get back in shape. Whether you are a Harry Potter™ enthusiast, a fan of historical challenges, or simply looking for motivation for your daily physical activities, The Conqueror has something to offer. With its user-friendly interface, wide range of challenges, and numerous progress tracking options, making every mile count has never been more fun.
