I have been quite disappointed with my experience on www.osmodesign.io. The website design is visually appealing at first glance, but the functionality leaves much to be desired. I was hoping for a smooth and intuitive experience given their claims about being user-friendly, but I encountered numerous issues that made navigation a headache. Firstly, the loading times are ridiculously long. It's frustrating to have to wait several seconds for each page to load, and sometimes I even experienced timeouts. Secondly, the website layout is not as intuitive as they advertise. I found it cumbersome to locate specific information or navigate through different sections. The menus are not clearly labeled, and some links lead to dead ends or irrelevant pages. This lack of organization made the user experience very frustrating. Another major issue I found was with the customer support. I reached out multiple times for assistance with some of the issues I was facing, but the response time was incredibly slow. When they finally did respond, the help was generic and didn't address my specific problems adequately. It felt like they were just copying and pasting standard responses without actually understanding or solving my issues. The content on the site also did not meet my expectations. The information provided seems outdated and lacks depth. For a site that claims to be at the forefront of design and innovation, I expected much more insightful and current content. Instead, I found articles and tutorials that were either too basic or completely irrelevant to modern design trends and tools. Additionally, the website does not seem to be optimized for mobile use. I often check sites on my phone, and www.osmodesign.io was very clunky to use on a mobile device. The layout does not adjust properly, and some elements are not clickable, making it virtually impossible to navigate. Overall, my experience with www.osmodesign.io has been underwhelming, to say the least. I believe there are many aspects they need to improve if they want to retain users and live up to their claims. Until then, I would not recommend this site to others looking for quality design resources and tools.
J'ai été vraiment déçu par les services proposés par OsmoDesign. Le site est confus et difficile à naviguer. En plus, le support client est lent à répondre. Je ne recommande pas.
