Honestly, I had high hopes for Kirest, but the experience was pretty mediocre and disappointing. First off, the navigation on the website is quite confusing. The layout is not intuitive at all, making it hard to find what I was looking for. I spent a good deal of time just trying to figure out where to go, which was really frustrating. The search functionality is also not up to par. Several times, I typed in exact product names, only to get irrelevant results or no results at all. It's like their search algorithm is broken or something. Another major issue is the poor customer service. I had a problem with an order and tried to contact them through the provided email address. It took them nearly a week to get back to me, and even then, their response was generic and not helpful at all. They didn’t address my issue properly, and I felt like I was being ignored. Now let's talk about the products. The quality was not as advertised. I ordered a couple of items, and when they arrived, they didn't match the descriptions or images on the website. One of the shirts I ordered was made of extremely low-quality material that felt really cheap. It was disappointing given I paid a premium price for it. Additionally, the delivery was delayed. I understand that delays can happen, but there was no communication from their end to inform me about the status of my order. I had to keep checking back to see what was going on. All in all, my experience with Kirest was far from satisfactory. With all these issues piling up, I find it hard to recommend it to anyone. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
Franchement, très décu par le SAV de KIREST. J’ai commandé un scooter électrique et il est arrivé avec des pièces manquantes. Depuis, impossible d’obtenir une réponse satisfaisante du service client. Sans parler du délai de livraison bien plus long que les 72h promises.
