Sehr gute Auswahl an Küchengeräten. Die Preise sind auch okay, obwohl ich dachte, es wäre billiger. Lieferung war in Ordnung, aber hätte schneller sein können.

Also, there were no clear instructions on shipping and return policies until the very last step, which felt like a bit of a bait-and-switch. Customer service was the final nail in the coffin. I sent an email asking about the status of my order and didn't get a response for days. When I finally did hear back, the reply was generic and didn't answer my specific questions. It felt like they didn't really care about providing a good customer experience. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this site unless you have no other option. There's potential here, but right now it just falls short in too many areas. Spend your money elsewhere if you can.
