I recently had the pleasure of exploring the Gourmet Society website and—wow—was I impressed! As an avid food enthusiast and someone who enjoys dining out regularly, I decided to join the Gourmet Society and it has been a fantastic experience. Firstly, their membership packages are highly flexible and cater to different needs. I went for the annual membership, which I found to be a great value for money. The website layout is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find the information you’re looking for. One of the best features is the extensive list of restaurants that participate in the Gourmet Society program. From Michelin-starred fine dining places to cozy, hidden gems, the variety is vast. The search and filter options are incredibly user-friendly, allowing you to find exactly what you’re in the mood for, whether it’s Italian, Japanese, or even vegan options. I also appreciated the inclusion of reviews from other members, which helped me make informed decisions about where to dine. Another thing that stood out to me was their mobile app. It’s seamlessly integrated with the website and makes it super convenient to look up restaurants, make reservations, and even access your membership card on the go. I particularly liked the digital membership card feature; it’s eco-friendly and you never have to worry about forgetting your card at home. One minor downside is that some of the restaurant offers can be restrictive, for example, only being available on weekdays or excluding weekends. However, this is a small drawback considering the overall value you get from the membership. Lastly, their customer service deserves a shoutout. I had a minor issue while registering, but their support team resolved it promptly and were very courteous. All in all, I highly recommend Gourmet Society for anyone who loves dining out and wants to make the most of their restaurant experiences. It’s a five-star service in my books!

Gourmet Society is a game-changer! I love eating out but it gets costly. This membership makes it so much more affordable. Plus discounts on other activities? Sign me up! Just wish more new restaurants added. :D

Not satisfied with the membership. Thought I would get more value for my money, but unfortunately, the offers weren't as extensive as they'd advertised. The customer service was unresponsive.

The Gourmet Society offers fantastic deals on so many restaurants across the UK! I've saved a lot on dining out, making it entirely worth the subscription fee. The app is user-friendly too. Five stars for making eating out affordable again!

I've tried the service and found the discounts pretty appealing. However, some smaller restaurants in my area aren't included, which was a bit disappointing. Plus, cancelling the service wasn't as straightforward as it should be.

I recently used Gourmet Society to try and save some money dining out but I'm honestly pretty disappointed with the service and the overall experience. First of all, the website itself is not very user-friendly. It's difficult to navigate and find the specific information you're looking for. The search function often brings up irrelevant results, which is very frustrating. Then there's the issue of restaurant availability. Even though they claim to have a wide range of partner restaurants, I found that many in my local area either don't participate anymore or have very restrictive conditions. I even showed up to a restaurant that was supposed to accept the Gourmet Society card only to be told they were no longer part of the program. That was really embarrassing and frustrating for both me and my dining companions. Their customer service also leaves much to be desired. Contacting them is a hassle, as they don’t have a phone number clearly listed. When I finally got through via email, the response was slow and unhelpful, almost as if they were copy-pasting generic replies without really addressing my concerns. I also had issues with the card itself, which didn't always scan correctly, leading to delays and confusion at the checkout. It’s maddening when you’re ready to pay and leave, only to face technical issues. The experience overall has been pretty negative and not worth the annual membership fee they charge. I expected a lot more from a service that claims to offer convenience and savings, but instead, I've ended up wasting time and feeling stressed. I'd advise anyone considering joining Gourmet Society to think twice and perhaps look for alternative dining discount options.

Service is very limited compared to what they promise on the site. Few restaurants accept the card, and most promo offers fell through. Also, the pizza delivery discounts were hard to apply.

I recently joined the Gourmet Society, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite underwhelming. The discounts offered at participating restaurants are often limited to specific days or hours, which makes it inconvenient. Additionally, the customer service was slow to respond when I had an issue with my membership card. Overall, not worth the price.
