I recently tried out www.foodtastic.shop and my experience was sadly pretty underwhelming. To start, the website's layout is quite confusing. The product categories are not well organized, which makes finding specific items a bit of a nightmare. I felt like I was constantly clicking back and forth, wasting a lot of time. Moreover, the site is extremely slow, especially during peak hours. It would freeze occasionally, and I even encountered a few error messages that forced me to reload the page repeatedly. This is simply unacceptable for an ecommerce site. As for the products, the description and the actual items don't match up very well. I ordered several groceries, and when they arrived, they did not look as fresh or high-quality as advertised. One of the packages was actually damaged, and I had to throw half of the contents away. Also, I contacted customer service regarding a missing item in my order. It took them four days to respond, and when they did, their solution was less than satisfactory. They offered a discount on my next purchase rather than addressing the current issue adequately. I feel like they are not very considerate of their customers' time and money. Payment options are also quite limited, and I faced difficulties when trying to pay with my preferred method. Overall, I think there are much better options out there for online grocery shopping. This site needs major improvements in terms of usability, product quality, and customer service. I wish I had gone somewhere else for my shopping. It was a pretty frustrating experience that I don't want to repeat.
I was really disappointed with Foodtastic. The delivery was late and the food quality did not match the hype. It was cold and tasteless. 😞
