I'm utterly disappointed with Fixed.net. I was expecting a reliable service to manage my website issues, but it fell short in almost every aspect. First of all, the interface is pretty confusing. It's not really intuitive, and I found myself getting lost in the navigation more often than not. Coupled with the slow loading times, it made using the platform a frustrating experience. Moreover, the customer support is nearly non-existent. I had an urgent issue and tried reaching out multiple times via their help chat. Each time, it took ages to get a response, and when I finally did, the solutions were unhelpful and generic. It felt like I was talking to a bot rather than a real human who understood my concerns. Additionally, I encountered several bugs during my usage. Pages wouldn't load correctly, buttons wouldn't work, and there were multiple error messages popping up for no apparent reason. For a service that claims to fix website problems, it's ironic that their own platform is so riddled with issues. Another notable point is the pricing. For the level of service provided, it's ridiculously overpriced. There are far better and more affordable options out there. I would not recommend Fixed.net to anyone looking for reliable website support. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. To top it all off, I found their marketing deceptive. They make big promises about quick fixes and impeccable support, but from what I've experienced, it's far from the truth. Honestly, I feel like I've wasted both my time and money. If they don't improve drastically very soon, they'll lose a lot more customers. In conclusion, Fixed.net is below par in every category that matters – interface, support, performance, and value for money.
