Also, this website is just frustrating to navigate and doesn't live up to the promises it makes. First of all, the selection of e-bikes is very limited, and when you finally find a bike you're interested in, it's either sold out or not available in your region. The search filters are practically useless, as they often don't work correctly or show irrelevant results. The descriptions of the bikes are very vague, and sometimes important information like battery life or motor power is missing. I had hoped to find a good deal on a used e-bike, but most of the prices here are quite high and certainly not what I'd call günstig (affordable). One would initially think that buying a second-hand e-bike would offer some savings, but here it doesn’t seem to be the case. Communication with sellers is also another major problem on this platform. Many sellers take ages to respond, if they respond at all, and when they do, the responses are often very brief and unhelpful. I found myself having to ask a lot of follow-up questions just to get basic information. Additionally, the website design feels very outdated, making it hard to trust its reliability. Payment options are also quite limited and do not offer the level of security you'd expect when buying something as expensive as an e-bike. Lastly, the customer support of this website is virtually non-existent. After encountering numerous issues, I tried contacting their support team multiple times, but received no response. It feels like the site is just there to take your money without providing any real service or support. In summary, this website overpromises and underdelivers in almost every aspect. Unless they make some serious improvements, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable e-bike.
