Okay, so I was super excited to buy a new bike from cykelexperten.dk after hearing some great things about the website. But my experience has been pretty disappointing, to say the least. First off, the website layout is super confusing. It's hard to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for. I spent way too much time just trying to locate the right category. When I finally found a bike I liked, the product description didn't give enough details about its features, materials, and other important specifications. And don't even get me started on the images – they're low quality and don't give you a good sense of what you’re actually buying. Now, about the customer service, it was another disaster. I had a couple of questions, so I decided to give them a call. The person who answered seemed uninterested and wasn't helpful at all. They kept redirecting me to other departments and eventually, I hung up after being on hold for what felt like forever. Not a good impression there. After placing my order, I got a confirmation, but there were no updates on the shipping. I had no idea when my bike was going to be delivered. I tried emailing them, but there was no response. When the bike finally arrived, it was late and the packaging was damaged. Luckily, the bike itself wasn’t too affected, but still, it wasn't a good experience. The assembly instructions were poorly written, and I had to look up some online videos to figure out how to put it together. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better service and quality. I really hope they improve their website, customer service, and shipping process. I won’t be recommending this place to my friends or family anytime soon.
Jeg købte en cykel fra Cykelexperten.dk, og jeg må sige, jeg er skuffet. Kvaliteten føles billig, og gearene virker upålidelige. Selvom prisen var lav, forventede jeg mere. Kundeservice var heller ikke særlig hjælpsom.
