Honestly, I'm really disappointed with Cleanfox. I thought it would help me manage my emails better, but it turned out to be more of a hassle than a help. The interface is confusing and not user-friendly at all. I spent so much time trying to understand how to use it properly, only to find out it didn't even identify my spam emails correctly. The whole point of using such a service is to save time and effort, but Cleanfox just added to my frustration. Moreover, the customer support is practically non-existent. I tried reaching out for help, but all I got were auto-generated responses that didn't address my concerns. It feels like they just don't care about their users once they've signed up. The synchronization process with my email account was also extremely slow. It took forever to scan my emails, and even after it did, the results were not accurate. Many important emails were marked as spam, while actual spam remained untouched. It doesn't give any peace of mind; in fact, it just made me more anxious about missing out on significant messages. Another issue is the lack of customization. You're pretty much stuck with the default settings, and there's very little room to tailor the service to better fit your specific needs. For a tool that's supposed to help you organize, it's ironically very limiting. Lastly, the mobile app is just terrible. It crashes often, and the user experience is horrendous. Sometimes, it doesn't even open, and you’re left staring at a loading screen indefinitely. I had high hopes for Cleanfox, but it ultimately fell short in almost every aspect. Save yourself the trouble and look for more reliable alternatives. This was definitely not worth it.
Je ne suis pas impressionné par Cleanfox. Le site est difficile à naviguer et l'interface est encombrée. En plus, j'ai eu des problèmes avec leurs services de suppression de mails. Décevant 😟.
