🤔Well, I've been trying to use the website byjuno.ch for some time now, and honestly, it's been a pretty frustrating experience. The site looks like it's aimed to be sleek and user-friendly, but it just falls short in so many areas. First off, the loading times are absolutely abysmal. Whether I'm trying to access my account information or navigate through their services, the pages take forever to load. It's 2024, and I can't believe we still have websites that operate like this! Second, the layout is confusing and not intuitive at all. You'd think a financial service website would prioritize clear navigation because no one wants to spend extra time figuring out where things are. But no, everything seems to be hidden behind multiple clicks, and you almost need a map to find basic information. Third, customer service is a disaster. I tried to get in touch with them regarding a transaction issue, and not only was I put on hold for an eternity, but when I finally got through, the representative sounded like they had no idea about the services at all. It's just not acceptable when you're dealing with financial matters and expect a degree of professionalism. Lastly, I found several instances where the text was poorly translated, making it confusing to understand the guidelines and terms of service. As a non-native German speaker, this made it even more difficult for me to use the site properly. In conclusion, even though Byjuno looks good on the surface, it disappoints in execution. I really hope they work on these issues because other financial services are definitely more user-friendly and efficient. Until they do, it's a no from me.
Der Service von Byjuno war enttäuschend. Es gab viele Probleme mit der Rechnungsstellung, und die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice war schwierig und langsam. Die Gebühren für den Postversand sind unverschämt hoch. Insgesamt habe ich mehr Ärger erlebt als erwartet.
