I had high hopes for Vidya Shop because the website looks pretty appealing at first glance. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Starting with the user interface, it is cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to find what you need. I spent way too much time just navigating between different sections. The search function is another letdown; it constantly returns irrelevant results, which is super frustrating when you are trying to find something specific. Their product range is okay but nothing exceptional, and many items are overpriced given their average quality. I ended up ordering a couple of things - a book and some stationery, expecting timely delivery. But that was another disaster. The shipping took almost three weeks, and when my package finally arrived, the book was damaged and the stationery was missing. I contacted customer service, which turned out to be an ordeal in itself. Their response time is sluggish, and after several back-and-forths, they finally agreed to a partial refund which took another week to process. The whole experience was exhausting, and the lack of efficiency in their operations is glaringly evident. To make matters worse, when I tried to leave a review on their site, it was not posted, leading me to believe they filter out negative feedback. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to like this shop, but I doubt I'll be returning. They need serious improvements in their customer service, shipping times, and overall user experience before I can recommend them to anyone. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
