This website is pretty disappointing. I was expecting a lot more from a site specializing in bicycles and accessories. First off, the layout is quite messy, and it's hard to find what you're looking for. You'd think in this day and age they'd have a better user interface, but nope, it's frustratingly outdated. The product descriptions are too basic. They hardly give you enough information to make an informed decision. How am I supposed to know if a bike is right for me if all they tell me is the color and the price? Speaking of prices, everything is so expensive! I checked a few other sites, and you can easily find the same products for much cheaper elsewhere. Plus, the shipping fees are ridiculous. They charge an arm and a leg to ship, and the delivery times are nothing to brag about either. When my order finally arrived, some parts were missing. I contacted customer service, and they were not helpful at all. It took forever to get a response, and when they did reply, they acted like it was my fault. It’s annoying when all you want to do is get on the road and ride, but you're stuck dealing with such poor service. I'm really disappointed because I was looking for a reliable place to get my gear, but this isn't it. I hoped to support a local business, but this experience has pushed me to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other online shops with better service, better prices, and more user-friendly websites. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. Velofactory.ch needs a major overhaul in both their website and customer service approach if they hope to keep customers like me.
