Oh man, I had such high hope for vd-horsedesign.ch but it was such a letdown. First of all, navigating the website is pretty frustrating. The layout is realy confusing and it takes forever to find what you are loojing for. Like, are they trying to hide the products or something? The filtering options don't work half of the time, and don't get me started on the search function! It barely returns any relevant results. Another big issue is the customer service. I tried getting in touch with them becuz I had questions about a product. It tood them days to reply, and when they did, the answer was so generic and unhelpful. Felt like they didnt even read my message properly. For a company that focuses on horse design products, you would expect more knowledgeable staff, right? Not here, apparently. The shipping is just insane. I ordered some items, and it took forever for them to arrive. When the package finally came, one of the items was missing! I had to deal with their awful customer service again, and they acted all surprised like it was new. Quality of the products? Meh, pretty average for the price you're paying. You would expect something much better given how expensive their stuff is, but nope. Some items even arrived with small defects. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money here. If you're into equestrian products, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of online stores that offer better products and much more reliable service. Vd-horsedesign.ch just ain't worth the hassle, at least not from my experience. Hopefully they'll improve in the future, but as of now, I'm not planning to shop there again.
