I recently tried shopping on Uniqlo.eu and I have to say, my experience was far from satisfactory. The website itself looks pretty modern and clean, but that's about where the positives end. First off, the site navigation is a nightmare. It took forever to find simple items because everything seems so scattered. You'd think a big brand like Uniqlo would invest more in making their site user-friendly. No such luck here. The loading times were also incredibly slow, which nearly made me lose my mind. How can a modern website in 2023 still have issues like this? It’s beyond me. Next, let’s talk about the actual checkout process. I had my cart ready but when I tried to check out, the site kept glitching and wouldn't let me proceed with my payment. I tried multiple times on different browsers and devices. In the end, I had to call customer service, which was another nightmare. The representatives I spoke to were pretty unhelpful and seemed not to care much about solving my issue. After about an hour and a half on the phone, my order finally went through, but the hassle was just not worth it. When I finally received my items, I found that one of the shirts I ordered was the wrong size. Considering the amount of effort it took to place the order in the first place, I am highly reluctant to undergo another ordeal just to exchange or return this item. The quality of the clothing is quite average too, which doesn’t justify the premium prices Uniqlo charges. Overall, I would not recommend shopping here unless you're ready to face a bunch of unnecessary frustrations. There are simply better, more reliable options out there.
Je suis très déçu par la qualité des vêtements Uniqlo que j'ai achetés. Après seulement quelques lavages, les couleurs ont commencé à s'estomper et le tissu s'est effiloché. Je m'attendais à mieux de la part de cette marque.
