chatAI is innovative, but it sometimes gives irrelevant recommendations to customers. We're hoping for an update to refine its responses. Currently, it serves as a decent supplementary tool but cannot fully replace human interaction.

I tried TrustYou Radar, but it was pretty underwhelming. Managing guest surveys was more complicated than it should be. The app kept crashing, and the interface wasn’t user-friendly 😕. Not what I'd hoped for.

Wow, where do I start. My experience with TrustYou was pretty disappointing. I was expecting a lot more based on their bold claims about improving customer satisfaction with their feedback and reputation management platform. First off, the user interface is not intuitive at all. It's confusing, cluttered, and just not user-friendly. I spent far too much time trying to figure out how to navigate through the features, which should honestly be straightforward. If I need to spend hours on a tutorial or customer support to get the basics, then something is seriously wrong. Speaking of customer support, it's almost non-existent. I sent several queries and none of them were answered in a timely manner. And when I did get a response, it was generic and not helpful at all. This really shows a lack of consideration for the user's time and needs. Then there's the performance issue. For a platform that is supposed to handle a lot of data efficiently, it doesn't do that well at all. The pages are slow to load, and sometimes they just time out entirely. It's frustrating when you're trying to get important work done and you're just stuck waiting. I also found that their analytics are not as robust as they advertise. The reports are basic and don't provide the level of detail I was hoping for. It's difficult to make informed decisions based on the limited data and insights they provide. And to top it all off, I found the whole setup to be quite overpriced for the value it delivers. There are better, more affordable options out there. Overall, I wouldn't recommend TrustYou to anyone looking for an efficient and effective feedback management solution. There are just too many shortcomings and not enough positives to make it worth the investment. I expected a lot more from a company that markets itself as a leader in this space.
