I recently used TripMonster.com to book my vacation to Spain and I must say, it was a mixed bag of experiences. Firstly, the website interface is clean and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and search for flights, hotels, and car rentals. However, I did encounter a few issues that dampened my overall experience. Booking a flight through TripMonster was relatively straightforward. I found a good deal on a round-trip ticket to Madrid and the booking process was seamless. But the problem started when I tried to book my hotel. The site showed several options with great discounts, but when I attempted to make a reservation, I was met with numerous error messages. After multiple attempts and refreshing the page, I finally managed to book a hotel, but the process was far from smooth. Customer service was another disappointment. I tried reaching out via their help center for assistance with a question about my car rental booking, but it took them more than 48 hours to respond. When they did, the response was brief and unhelpful. It's frustrating when you're on a tight schedule and need prompt support. On a positive note, the travel insurance options provided by TripMonster are comprehensive and reasonably priced. I felt secure knowing that I was covered during my trip. Additionally, the site offers some useful travel guides and tips which came in handy for planning my itinerary. In conclusion, while TripMonster has a lot of potential and offers some attractive deals, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly in customer service and back-end functionality. I hope they address these issues soon because I would love to give them another shot for my future travels. For now, I can only rate my experience as 3 stars. 😐

Very disaointed with the service on Trip Monster. Booking process was confusing, and customer support was not helpful at all. Had to cancel my trip due to these issues. Will not use this site again.

I recently tried to book a flight on tripmonster.com and I have to say, it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with an online travel agency. First of all, the website is incredibly slow. Every time I clicked on a new page or tried to search for flights, it took forever to load. I thought maybe it was my internet connection, but I checked other websites and they were working perfectly fine. Secondly, the search functionality is not user-friendly at all. The filter options are very limited and I couldn't sort the results in a meaningful way. I also encountered several instances where the price displayed on the initial search results was different from the final price during checkout. This is very misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Additionally, I tried to contact customer service to get some help with my booking, but I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and when I finally did get through, the representative was not very helpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. To make matters worse, after I finally booked my flight, I never received a confirmation email. I had to call customer service again and go through the whole ordeal one more time just to get some kind of acknowledgment of my booking. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with TripMonster and will not be using their services again. There are plenty of other travel websites out there that offer a much better user experience and more reliable customer service. Save yourself the headache and avoid this site.
