For a free service, this does a decent job. However, sometimes the tracking info isn't updated as promptly as I would like. Also, it can be a bit overwhelming with all the different options. A more simplified interface would be appreciated.

I found the track-trace website to be extremely user-friendly. It's incredibly easy to navigate through the various options for tracking different services. The information appeared accurate and updated, which is crucial for my business needs. I especially liked the extensive list of supported carriers and logistics companies. Highly recommended!

Track-trace.com was quite underwhelming to use. Firstly, the interface is very outdated and not user-friendly at all. Navigating through the site feels like stepping back into the early 2000s, and it takes quite some time to find the information you need. The loading times are also painfully slow, which is extremely frustrating when you are trying to track something important. On top of that, the information provided is not always accurate. I used the site to track a package, and the updates were sporadic and delayed. It showed my package in transit for days with no updates, which made me wonder if it was lost or just an issue with the site. Finally, I had an issue where the tracking number was not recognized by the site, even though it was correct. This happened multiple times, and I had to resort to contacting customer support, which by the way, is another weak point. The response time is slow, and the answers are generic and unhelpful. Overall, I guess it works in some cases, but the inconsistent information and lack of modern interface make it hard to recommend this service. Maybe it worked better in the past, but as of now, it’s not reliable. I would suggest looking for alternative tracking services that can offer more accurate and timely updates. They really need to overhaul the site and improve their customer service if they want to stay relevant in this competitive market.

I tried using track-trace.com for tracking my package, but it was really confusing and didn't provide accurate updates. I had to call the courier service directly to get any real info. Not impressed at all.
