I'm seriously disappointed with the Timex.eu website. I've always heard good things about Timex watches, but this website doesn't live up to the brand's reputation. First, the site layout is terribly confusing. The menu options are not intuitive, and finding a specific product is like searching for a needle in a haystack. They need to redesign the whole thing. I tried to filter for women's watches, but the filters don't work properly. Half the time, they just reset by themselves or don't apply correctly, showing me men's watches instead. Also, the pages load SO slowly. I thought it was my internet connection, but other websites are just fine. This kind of lag is unacceptable in 2024. Another problem is the product descriptions. They are either too brief or filled with unnecessary jargon. It's hard to understand what sets different models apart when the descriptions are so poorly written. And don't even get me started on the checkout process. It's overly complicated. I had to enter my address three times because the site kept "forgetting" it. By the time I managed to complete an order, I was already frustrated. I also tried to contact customer support about a question on shipping. It took them 3 days to get back to me, and the response was generic and didn't even address my specific concern. If this is what they call service, then count me out. To top it all off, they don't even offer free shipping unless you spend a small fortune. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend using this website until they make some serious improvements.
Je suis très déçu de ma montre Timex. Après seulement quelques semaines, elle a commencé à perdre du temps. Le bracelet est aussi de mauvaise qualité et a déjà commencé à se détériorer. Je déconseille fortement. 👎
