So I recently tried using Ticketmaster.ca to buy some concert tickets, and honestly, it was quite a frustrating experience. First off, the website is not user-friendly at all. The layout seems cluttered, and finding the specific event I wanted took way longer than it should have. The search functionality is lacking, and I often ended up with irrelevant results that had nothing to do with what I was actually looking for. When I finally found the event, the process of purchasing the tickets was another headache. The website kept glitching, and I had to refresh multiple times just to get to the payment page. To make things worse, when I tried to finalize my purchase, the system suddenly said that the tickets were no longer available, even though they were clearly listed as available just seconds before. This happened not once, but twice. On the third attempt, I finally managed to secure a ticket, but the whole process took nearly an hour. Another issue I had was with the added fees. The price listed initially seemed reasonable, but by the time I got to the checkout, the total price had increased significantly due to various surcharges and service fees. It's really deceptive and quite frustrating as a customer. They should be more transparent upfront about the full cost. I also found that the customer service was lacking. When I tried to reach out for support regarding the issues I faced, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful responses. Overall, while I eventually got my ticket, the entire experience left a lot to be desired. For such a well-known platform, I expected much better. They really need to work on improving their website functionality and customer service to offer a smoother and more reliable experience.

I recently purchased tickets for the Taylor Swift concert on Ticketmaster.ca, and overall, my experience was quite satisfactory. First off, the website design is very user-friendly, which made navigating through different events and categories a breeze. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the filter options that allowed me to search for specific dates, venues, and price ranges. This feature saved me a lot of time and hassle.👍 The checkout process was also straightforward with multiple payment options, including credit cards and PayPal, which added a layer of convenience. However, I did encounter a small hiccup while booking. After selecting my seats and proceeding to the payment, the site froze midway, causing me to restart the process. This was slightly frustrating as I almost lost the selected seats, but thankfully it worked the second time around. The tickets were sent to my email almost instantly!!! A huge plus in my book because it gave me peace of mind. Ticketmaster also offers a mobile app that syncs well with the website, making it easier to keep track of my purchases and event reminders. However, the service fees were quite high, which bumped up the total cost significantly. I understand that there are operational costs involved, but a slight reduction would make the experience even better.😕 Moreover, the customer service was helpful when I had a query about transferring the tickets to my friend's account. They responded promptly via chat support, and the issue was resolved in no time. In summary, my overall experience with Ticketmaster.ca was quite positive, albeit with a few minor glitches. The ease of use, fast ticket delivery, and responsive customer service make it a reliable platform for purchasing event tickets. If they can work on reducing the service fees and solving the occasional technical glitches, it would be even better.
