I'm honestly quite disappointed with Ticket Dealer. I was really looking forward to grabbing some tickets for a concert I’ve been dying to see, but the entire experience was just frustrating. First off, the website is incredibly slow. It takes ages to load each page which is really annoying when you're trying to check out different events or secure your tickets quickly. Next, the layout of the website is so chaotic. It's really hard to navigate and doesn't feel user-friendly at all. Finding the event I wanted felt like finding a needle in a haystack, and I’m pretty tech-savvy, so I can't imagine how difficult it must be for someone who isn’t. On top of that, the prices are just absurd. I understand there's always a bit of a markup, but the extra fees tacked on during checkout were ridiculous. It almost feels like a bait and switch because you see one price and by the time you're checking out, it's significantly higher. And speaking of checkout, the payment process was a nightmare. I had to re-enter my information multiple times because the site kept glitching. I wasn’t even sure if my payment went through properly until I received a confirmation email hours later. Customer service was unhelpful too. When I reached out to ask about the glitches during checkout, I got a vague response which did nothing to solve my problem. It just felt like they didn’t care. Overall, Ticket Dealer felt like more trouble than it was worth. I might still use it as a last resort, but I'll definitely be looking for other ticket vendors first in the future. It's just not worth the hassle and stress.
La qualité du service de Ticketdealer.eu est franchement décevante. Les billets achetés ne sont pas arrivés à temps, et le service à la clientèle n'a pas été utile. Je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux.
