Absolutely disappointed with thrift.plus. The website is super confusing and hard to navigate, and the search function is pretty much useless. Tried looking for specific brands like Zara and Marks & Spencer, but the filters are not user-friendly at all. You end up scrolling endlessly without finding what you want. The product descriptions are bare minimum, and the photos are so low quality you can barely see the clothes properly. Also, the sizing information is inconsistent. I bought two dresses, both supposedly the same size, but one was too small, and the other one was way too big. And don't get me started on the condition of the items—they were described as "good" but looked more like something heading straight to the bin. Another issue is the delivery. It took over two weeks for my items to arrive, and there was no tracking information available. I contacted their customer service multiple times but got late responses that were of no help at all. They just gave generic answers and didn't resolve my issue. Honestly, for a site that promotes sustainable fashion, they need to get their act together. It's a frustrating experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The idea behind the website is great, but the execution is extremely poor. There's a lot of potential here, but until they address these major flaws, it's not worth your time or money. I had high hopes but ended up with nothing but regret. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
Thrift+ isn't great. I tried finding some nice second-hand clothes, but the selection was pretty boring and overpriced. Some items even looked dirty. I'll look elsewhere next time.
