I had high hopes for The Hoard, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First of all, the website's navigation is incredibly confusing. It took me a long time to find the products I was looking for, and even then, the information provided was not very helpful. Secondly, the customer service is really lacking. I had some questions about a product, so I reached out to their support team, but it took over a week to get a response, and when I did, the answers were vague and didn't solve my issues. The quality of the items I received was also disappointing. I spent a good amount of money on a couple of collectibles, only to find that they were not as described. One of the figures had visible defects, and another was poorly packaged, resulting in damage during shipping. I tried to return these items, but the return process was a nightmare. The return policy is not clearly stated on the website, and when I finally did manage to initiate a return, I had to pay for shipping myself, which was quite expensive. To make matters worse, the refund took forever to process. In the end, I felt like I wasted both my time and money. I would not recommend The Hoard to anyone looking for quality collectibles or decent customer service. There are far better options out there that value their customers and provide better products.
