I ordered from Stronghold Direct after seeing their wide range of products, but I was really disappointed. The delivery took forever, the packaging was damaged, and one item was missing. Won't be ordering again.
I recently made a purchase from Stronghold Direct and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the website's navigation is quite clunky. Finding the specific products I was looking for was harder than it needed to be. The search function seems nearly useless as it brings up irrelevant results, making the browsing experience frustrating and time-consuming. Secondly, the product descriptions lacked detail. I expected more information regarding the materials used, dimensions, and application specifics. This forced me to look elsewhere to ensure I was purchasing the right items for my needs. Additionally, the prices seemed a bit steep for the quality of products received. When the items finally arrived, some were damaged, which clearly reflects poor handling and packaging. The customer service, in this case, was also quite disappointing. I reached out via email to report the damaged goods and it took several days to get a response. When I finally did get one, it was terse and unhelpful. No apologies, no clear instructions on how to proceed, and no offers to replace the damaged items swiftly. It seems like they don’t really care about customer satisfaction. Moreover, the checkout process was confusing and I faced issues with payment processing. I ended up having to re-enter my details multiple times before the payment was successfully completed. It really shouldn't be this difficult to make a simple online purchase. Lastly, the delivery took much longer than anticipated. Their site mentions standard shipping times, but my order was delayed by over a week without any notification or explanation. This was a significant inconvenience as I needed the products urgently. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience at Stronghold Direct and I would not recommend it. There are plenty of other options out there with better service, more reliable products, and an overall better customer experience. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
