Sperry's website left me frustrated. As a fan of boating shoes, I was excited to explore their collection, but my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment. The site design is visually appealing, but the user experience is terrible. The homepage takes forever to load, and navigating between pages is a nightmare. Clicking on a product sometimes redirects you back to the homepage, which is super annoying. When I finally managed to browse the products, I noticed that the sizing information is confusing and inconsistent. Some products have detailed size charts, while others don't provide any guidance at all. Additionally, the stock availability is poorly managed. Several times I added items to my cart, only to be informed at checkout that they were out of stock. This is unacceptable for a brand of this caliber. Speaking of checkout, the payment process is a mess. On multiple occasions, my payment was declined for no apparent reason, and when I tried another card, it went through without any issues. I reached out to customer service for help, but they were unresponsive and offered no solution. The only positive aspect was the quality of the products which, once they finally arrived, were as expected. However, the shipping time was excessively long, and tracking information was either incorrect or not updated. For an international brand, providing a seamless and reliable online shopping experience should be a priority. I regret spending my time on this site, and I doubt I will be making any future purchases from Sperry anytime soon. If they don't iron out these issues, they will lose many potential customers. Overall, my experience was disappointing and stressful. The website needs a lot of improvements to meet basic e-commerce standards.
Purtroppo, devo dire che l'esperienza con Sperry Top-Sider non è stata come speravo. Le scarpe non sono comode e dopo pochi giorni di utilizzo la suola si è già rovinata. Mi aspettavo di meglio da un marchio così rinomato.
