I recently used Shoppy.gg because it was recommended by a friend for buying digital products. I'm quite disappointed with my experience. The interface is very outdated, and it’s not user-friendly at all. It took me a good amount of time just to figure out where everything is. On top of that, the search function is practically useless; it doesn’t filter results accurately. I was looking for a specific e-book, but what I found had nothing to do with my search query. Customer service is another big issue. I tried reaching out for some assistance, and the response was slow, almost nonexistent. Also, when I finally got a reply, it was generic and didn’t solve my issue at all. It feels like they have bots or untrained staff handling support. The checkout process is unnecessarily complicated; what should be a simple transaction took me far longer than expected. When I eventually completed my purchase, the delivery of the product was delayed. Worse, the digital product I received had poor quality. It was full of errors and formatting issues, rendering it practically unusable. Given the hefty price I paid, I expected much better. As for the payment methods, they are limited and inconvenient. I had to jump through hoops just to pay, and the entire process felt insecure. It’s clear that Shoppy.gg has a lot of improvements to make before it can claim to be a reliable platform for digital products. I won’t be using it again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free shopping experience. Overall, it's a big thumbs down from me.
Very disappointed with Shoppy. The interface was confusing and not user-friendly. Took forever to set up, and the customer service was unhelpful. Expected more from such a highly promoted platform.
