Recently, I decided to buy some aquarium lights from Giesemann's website, but my experience has been less than satisfactory. The layout of the website is clunky and difficult to navigate, making it hard to find the specific products I was looking for. The search function seems to pull up random results that rarely match my query, which is incredibly frustrating when trying to shop efficiently. After finally finding the product, I was met with limited product descriptions and lackluster photos that don't offer a comprehensive view of what I'm planning to purchase. This lack of detail made me hesitant, but I went ahead anyway based on the brand's reputation in the aquarium community. The checkout process was another headache. It crashed twice, and I had to re-enter all my details each time. Given the high price of their products, you'd expect a smoother user experience. To make matters worse, the shipping took longer than the estimated time frame provided, and the tracking information was sparse and rarely updated. When the lights finally arrived, the packaging was subpar, and I was worried about potential damage. Fortunately, the lights were intact, but setting them up was no easy task. The instructions were poorly translated and not very intuitive to follow, leading to a frustrating setup process. Once I got them installed, I noticed that one of the lights was dimmer than the others. I reached out to their customer service, which is another sore point. Responses were slow and not particularly helpful. It took multiple emails over the course of two weeks to get a replacement, which is far from ideal. Overall, my experience with Giesemann's online shop has been disappointing, and I can't recommend it based on the website's user experience, the poor shipping and packaging, and the lackluster customer service. They need significant improvements to justify their premium pricing.

Die LYNK PRO App ist sehr enttäuschend. Nachdem ich mich für die High-Tech LED Modulsteuerung entschieden habe, erwarte ich eine einwandfreie Funktionalität. Leider ist die App oft langsam und verliert die Verbindung. Auch die Benutzeroberfläche könnte viel intuitiver sein. Sehr ärgerlich und frustrierend.
