The experience on the SanerNatur website was frankly disappointing. From the moment I started browsing, I encountered numerous issues that made my shopping experience far from enjoyable. The website layout is confusing and poorly organized, making it difficult to find specific products. Navigation is not intuitive at all. Their search function doesn't seem to work properly, often returning irrelevant or no results for items that should be easily found. Another major problem is the slow loading times. It feels like every page takes ages to load, which is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to shop quickly. Additionally, the product descriptions are lacking important details. There is minimal information provided about the sources of the natural products, which is crucial for customers who care about the origin and quality of what they're buying. Customer reviews are sparse and don't always seem genuine. And speaking of genuineness, the images used for the products appear to be overly generic, giving me doubts about the authenticity of the items. When it comes to customer service, the experience was equally poor. I attempted to contact them with a question regarding one of their products, but it took several days to get a response. When I finally received a reply, it was a generic, copy-paste message that didn't address my specific query at all. The checkout process was another headache. The site frequently glitches at the payment stage, resulting in failed transactions. Finally, their delivery service leaves much to be desired. My order arrived late, and the packaging was subpar, with some items damaged. Overall, I expected a lot more from a site that positions itself as a premium source for natural products. There are so many improvements needed, from website functionality and customer service to product information and delivery. I won't be shopping here again anytime soon, and I can't recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free online shopping experience.
Le service chez Sâner Natur est décevant. Les produits ont pris énormément de temps à arriver, et la qualité ne justifie pas le prix. En plus, le service client n'est pas réactif du tout. Je ne recommande pas 😞.
