RocketReach leaves much to be desired in terms of functionality and reliability. I was expecting a robust tool to help me with my email outreach efforts, but instead, I was met with repeated frustrations. First off, the search accuracy is way off. A lot of the email addresses I retrieved were either outdated or incorrect, leading to countless bounced emails which is super annoying. I can't put into words how disheartening it is to craft a well-thought-out email campaign only to have it fall flat because the tool you're relying on fails to deliver. Additionally, the interface is clunky and not intuitive at all. I spent a good amount of time just trying to figure things out, and it seemed like every time I got the hang of it, something else would go wrong. If that wasn't enough, the customer support is almost nonexistent. I reached out several times and either received late replies or no response at all. This is not what I expected from a paid service. Considering the high price point, I was anticipating a premium experience, but instead, I feel like I wasted both time and money on a subpar product. It's really disappointing because the concept behind RocketReach is solid, but the execution is severely lacking. If you're serious about your outreach campaigns, I would recommend looking elsewhere. There are other tools out there that, while maybe a bit more expensive, actually deliver on their promises and provide reliable data and much better customer support. I genuinely hope they make some significant improvements because right now, it's just not worth it.
