I recently purchased a ricondizionato iPhone from this website and I have to say I am quite disappointed with the entire experience. First of all, the shipping took much longer than expected. Even though the site promised fast delivery, my phone arrived almost two weeks late. When it finally arrived, the packaging was damaged, and it made me concerned about the condition of the phone inside. Upon inspection, the iPhone looked fine on the outside, but as I started using it, I realized it was far from what I was expecting. The battery life is terrible; it barely lasts half a day even with minimal use. Considering this is supposed to be a refurbished product, I would expect the battery to be at least decent. The phone also has several scratches on the screen that weren't mentioned in the product description. Furthermore, the sound quality during calls is subpar. It is muffled and unclear, making it difficult to have a proper conversation. I tried contacting customer service to address these issues, but their response was slow and unhelpful. They didn't offer a satisfactory solution or even an apology for the inconvenience caused. In addition, the website is not user-friendly. It was hard to navigate and find the information I needed. The product descriptions are vague and don't provide enough details about the condition of the devices. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money on this purchase. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for a reliable refurbished iPhone. There are plenty of other better options out there that offer better quality and customer service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
Ho comprato un iPhone ricondizionato, ma la batteria si scarica troppo velocemente. Inoltre, è arrivato con qualche graffio che non era menzionato sul sito. Non sono molto soddisfatto del servizio.
