I have to say, realadvisor.ch was a pretty disappointing experience for me. I was looking forward to finding some good real estate deals but the website just didn't deliver. First off, the user interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. It's like the design was done in the early 2000s and never updated. It took me ages to figure out how to filter my search properly, and even then, the options were too limited. Another big issue I had was with the listings themselves. Many of the properties I clicked on had outdated information, which was incredibly frustrating. I saw multiple listings that were marked as still available but when I contacted the agents, they told me the properties were already sold or rented out. This should be something they keep on top of, given how important it is when dealing with real estate. Also, the range of properties was quite poor compared to other real estate sites I've used in Switzerland. There were very few options in the areas I was interested in, and it seemed like they were all more expensive than what you could find elsewhere. Customer service is another area where realadvisor.ch fell short. I tried reaching out a couple of times for assistance, and the responses were slow and not very helpful. In one instance, I didn't even get a reply at all. It feels like they don't prioritize their users at all. In conclusion, I wouldn't really recommend using realadvisor.ch for your real estate needs in Switzerland. The outdated interface, inaccurate listings, and poor customer service left me quite dissatisfied. There are definitely better options out there that offer a wider range and better user experience.
