Franchement, je suis déçu(e) par Protected. Malgré toutes les promesses, l'application est compliquée à installer et à utiliser. Les options sont confuses et l'assistance n'est pas très réactive. J'espérais mieux pour le prix.
I recently visited protected.eu hoping to find some useful information and resources for securing my digital life, but I was fairly disappointed. The website looks quite professional at first glance, but as you dig deeper, you realize that it lacks in depth content. The articles are shallow and don't provide much beyond basic advice that you could easily find elsewhere. For example, their section on password management felt like it was written in 2010, without any mention of modern password managers or multi-factor authentication. The navigation is also quite poor. It's hard to find specific topics because the menu items are not well-organized. I spent a lot of time clicking through various sections trying to find something useful, but to no avail. When it comes to design, the website is outdated. It's not mobile-friendly at all, meaning I had to constantly zoom in and out to read the text on my phone. In this day and age, having a responsive design should be a given, especially for a website that claims to be about modern digital security. Another downside is the lack of interaction options. There's no forum or community where users can share their own tips or ask questions. The only form of contact is through a generic email address, which doesn’t make me feel very connected or engaged. Lastly, the updates on the site are irregular. Some sections haven’t been updated in months, which makes me question the relevance and trustworthiness of the information provided. In conclusion, protected.eu fell short of my expectations. If you’re looking for cutting-edge information and detailed guides on digital security, you might want to look elsewhere. This site seems more like a half-hearted effort rather than a reliable resource. I hope they make some significant improvements soon. Otherwise, it’s just not worth the time.
