Ey, honestly I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience on pieper.de. First of all, the website is super slow, I mean, taking forever just to load a single page. Like, c'mon, we're in 2024, this should not be happening. And don't even get me started on the layout, it's just messy and hard to navigate. You'd think a website selling beauty products would look all sleek and pretty, but nah, everything's just all over the place. And speaking of products, the selection is meh at best. You're better off going to a local store, seriously. I was looking for some specific skincare items and half of the stuff I wanted was out of stock. Like, what’s the point of having a website if you don't actually have the products available? Also, the prices are not that great. You'd think shopping online would save you some bucks but nope, the prices were higher than what I usually pay at my local drugstore. The customer service is another joke. I tried reaching out about an order that was taking forever, and the response was so slow and not helpful at all. It's like they don't even care. The delivery was also a nightmare, it took way longer than they said it would, and the packaging was all messed up when it finally arrived. Also, I must have gotten a faulty product because my face broke out like crazy after using one of the face creams. I don't know if that’s on them or the brand, but either way, it was a bad experience. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. Just save your time and money and go somewhere else. There are plenty of better options out there.
