Site is very useful for medical professionals. Well-organized information on endoscopes and other equipment. However, the design feels a bit outdated.

Ok, so I had high hopes for Olympus.eu cause Olympus is such a well-known name in the camera world, right? But man, was I disappointed. First off, navigating the site is such a pain. The layout feels super outdated, like something from the early 2000s. Even finding basic stuff like product details or customer support info took forever. And when I finally did find what I was looking for, the information was so scant and vague, like it was written by someone who’d never even used the products. Speaking of products, I was specifically checking out their camera section. It’s super confusing! They throw a whole bunch of models at you without any real explanation of what makes one different or better than the other. For someone who isn't an absolute camera nerd, it's basically impossible to figure out what you need. The product descriptions are just filled with jargon and buzzwords. Like, just tell me in plain language what makes this camera good or bad! Also, no clear pricing! Seriously, why do I need to hunt around just to find out how much something costs? Ridiculous. Then there's the issue of trying to make a purchase. The checkout process is clunky and feels really unsecure. I actually bailed on buying something because I wasn’t convinced my personal information was going to be safe. Plus, the site was slow as heck. Each page took forever to load, and half the time I was sitting there waiting for images to show up. Oh, and don't even get me started on mobile experience. If you're using your phone, don’t bother. It’s nearly impossible to navigate. Pages don’t scale properly, and buttons are super tiny and hard to press. Overall, way too many problems to make it worth my time. Wouldn’t recommend.

I wasn't impressed with the product quality from Olympus. The camera I purchased had faulty autofocus and the customer service experience was frustrating. Would not recommend.
