Navigating the nillkin.cc website was a frustrating experience. The layout is quite confusing and not user-friendly at all. I had a hard time finding the products I was looking for because there is no clear categorization or intuitive navigation. When I finally found a product I wanted to look at, the product descriptions were very minimal and did not provide enough information. Also, the images are low quality and don't give a clear idea of what you're buying. Additionally, the site was very slow to load, which made the whole shopping experience even more frustrating. I encountered several errors while trying to add items to my cart. After all the trouble, when I tried to check out, the payment process was not secure and seemed outdated. I didn't feel comfortable entering my payment details. Overall, I think the website needs a lot of improvement in terms of design, usability, and security. For a brand that supposedly cares about quality, their online presence certainly does not reflect that.
Je suis vraiment déçu par la qualité du produit Nillkin. Le service client n'est pas réactif et la livraison a pris trop de temps. De plus, le produit ne correspondait pas à la description, et les matériaux utilisés semblent bon marché. Je ne recommande pas cette marque.
