Narcisse Profumi has not met my expectations at all. The website looks pretty but navigating it is a headache. The sections are not organized properly, and it took me forever to find the products I was looking for. The search function is almost useless because it does not understand common queries, which makes searching for products extremely frustrating. When I finally found some items I was interested in, the descriptions were either too vague or filled with unnecessary details, making it hard to understand what I was actually considering purchasing. The most disappointing part was the checkout process. I faced numerous glitches while trying to add items to my cart, and the site would just reload, making me lose everything I had added. When I finally managed to get through to the payment stage, the site crashed, and I had to start all over again. Not to mention, the prices are quite high compared to other sites offering similar products. Given the frustrating experience with the website, I decided to contact customer support. Unfortunately, the response was slow, and when I finally got an answer, it was generic and unhelpful. They didn’t seem to make any efforts to solve the issues I reported and just brushed me off with standard replies. Overall, the combination of poor website functionality, high prices, and unhelpful customer service makes me question if I will ever give this site another chance. There are plenty of other perfume sites out there that offer a much better shopping experience.
Purtroppo, la mia esperienza con Les Royales non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. I profumi non durano a lungo e il prezzo è troppo alto per la qualità offerta. Non consiglio. 😟
