I ordered a phone from Meteor.ie and honestly, I'm quite disappointed with the overall experience. The website itself was somewhat chaotic and not very user-friendly. Navigating through the different sections felt like a chore, and the search function didn't always return relevant results, which was incredibly frustrating. I spent way more time than necessary just trying to find the phone I wanted. When I finally did make the purchase, there was very little communication from their end. I didn't receive any confirmation email, and tracking my order was nearly impossible. The customer service is also subpar. I tried calling them multiple times to get an update on my order status, and I was put on hold for ages each time. The representatives I did manage to speak to were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my issues. Finally, when my order did arrive, it was late by several days and the phone was missing some accessories that were supposed to come with it. To make matters worse, the phone itself had a few scratches, which is unacceptable for a new purchase. Overall, I expected a lot better from a site that seems to have a decent reputation. The whole ordeal has been stressful and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone who's looking for a hassle-free shopping experience. They really need to step up their game if they want to retain customers.
Pretty disappointed with the service. The website feels outdated, and it’s hard to find the information I need. Customer service was slow to respond and didn’t really solve my issue. Wouldn’t recommend.
