I recently purchased a service package from Messina Clinic, and I must say, I am quite disappointed with the overall experience. I initially chose this clinic based on their supposedly stellar reputation and the promise of professional medical services. However, my experience paints a rather different picture. First off, booking an appointment was a hassle. I had to call multiple times before I could actually reach someone who could help me schedule an appointment, which was extremely frustrating. When I finally arrived for my consultation, the reception staff did not seem very welcoming, and it took them quite a while to acknowledge my presence. The consultation itself felt rushed; the doctor barely spent ten minutes with me. I expected a thorough examination and detailed advice, but what I got was a hurried conversation that left many of my questions unanswered. To make matters worse, the follow-up process was even more aggravating. I had several questions regarding my treatment plan, but the staff was incredibly slow to respond to my emails and calls. When they eventually did, the answers were often vague, leaving me more confused than informed. Additionally, I found the pricing to be quite steep for the quality of service provided. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a far more professional and organized experience. Instead, it felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed at every turn, which only added to my frustration. Overall, I would not recommend Messina Clinic to anyone looking for professional medical services. The inefficiency, lack of communication, and high costs make it a poor choice, at least based on my experience. I hope they take these criticisms seriously and make necessary improvements, but as of now, I won't be returning.
The services at Messina Clinic are quite average. I expected more personalized care, but the staff seemed too busy to really give individual attention. The wait time was also longer than I anticipated.🤔
