I recently tried Magic Design to create some graphics for a project, and it was a truly disappointing experience. The website promises a lot but delivers very little. First off, the user interface is incredibly confusing and difficult to navigate. It took me forever to figure out how to even start a new design. When I finally managed to get something going, the tools were unresponsive and laggy, making the entire process frustrating. The templates available are quite limited and not very modern-looking. I was expecting a wide variety of high-quality, professional templates given all the hype, but what I got was a collection of outdated, generic options that didn’t suit my needs at all. Additionally, the customization options are fairly limited. You can only tweak things so much before you hit a wall, and there is very little room for true creativity. Another major issue is the customer support. I reached out with a query and it took them days to respond, and when they finally did, their answer was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s quite clear that they do not prioritize user satisfaction. Furthermore, I tried exporting my design, and the quality was terrible. The final product was pixelated and unusable for my purpose. I ended up having to start from scratch with another tool, which was a waste of my time and money. To add to the frustration, the pricing is not transparent at all. There are hidden fees that only appear once you’ve invested significant time and effort into creating a design. I don’t mind paying for good software, but I don’t appreciate being misled about the costs. Given my experience, I would not recommend Magic Design to anyone. It falls short in almost every aspect, and there are far better options out there.
J'ai été très déçu par MagicDesign. Le site n'est pas intuitif et les templates sont datés. 😒 En plus, il y a souvent des bugs.
