I recently had a very disappointing experience with Lexstart.ca. The website looked promising at first, as it's advertised to help startups with legal services, which is essential for new business ventures. However, once I began using their services, I quickly realized that it does not live up to the hype. First of all, navigating the website itself is a cumbersome task. It's not user-friendly, and finding specific services is difficult due to the confusing layout and lack of clear instructions. Secondly, the customer service was subpar. I had several questions about the incorporation process, and it took forever to get a response. When I finally did, the answers were vague and unhelpful, making me question their expertise. Moreover, the pricing structure is misleading. They advertise affordable rates, but once you start the process, hidden fees start piling up, making it much more expensive than initially expected. The advertised rates do not accurately reflect the total cost of the services. Additionally, the quality of the legal documents provided was not up to standard. I had to consult with another lawyer to verify their accuracy, and they pointed out several errors that could have had serious legal implications for my business. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable, especially in legal matters. Lastly, the entire process felt impersonal and automated. There was no sense of personalized service or direct communication with a qualified legal professional. It felt more like dealing with a machine than getting real legal assistance. Overall, I am very disappointed with Lexstart.ca and would not recommend it to other startups. The poor user experience, lackluster customer service, misleading pricing, and substandard legal documents make it a service to avoid.
Le service de Lex Start est décevant. Les délais sont très longs, et le support client ne répond pas aux attentes. Je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux pour le prix payé. 😕
