I recently visited the Kompsos website, and I must say I was quite disappointed with my experience. To begin with, the website is incredibly slow to load, and navigating through the pages felt like a tedious task. The user interface is not intuitive at all; finding the products I was interested in was more complicated than it should be. Moreover, the site design looks outdated, as if it hasn't been refreshed in years, which doesn't give me confidence in the quality of the products being offered. When I finally managed to browse through the collections, I found that the descriptions were lacking in detail. Important information like material specifications and sizing charts were either missing or not clear, which made it difficult to make an informed choice. And let’s not even talk about the lack of customer reviews on the site itself—how am I supposed to trust a product when I can't read about other customers' experiences? The checkout process was another nightmare. I encountered multiple errors while trying to finalize my purchase, and the payment options were quite limited, forcing me to use a method I wasn't entirely comfortable with. Customer service was not helpful either. When I reached out to them via the contact form provided on the website, I received only a generic response which didn't address my concerns at all. It felt like they were more interested in getting me off their back rather than solving the issue. Lastly, the shipping costs were exorbitant. I understand that international shipping can be expensive, but the rates here seemed unreasonable compared to other similar websites. Overall, my experience with Kompsos has been far from satisfactory, and I can't recommend this site to anyone who values their time and money.
I was really excited for my Kompsós jewelry, but the quality is disappointing. The pieces look cheap and feel flimsy. Also, the shipping took forever. It's not worth the money. 😕
