I recently had the misfortune of using Koinal.ai and I have to say, it was a pretty frustrating experience overall. The site is supposed to offer seamless cryptocurrency transactions, but the user interface is incredibly clunky and difficult to navigate. For starters, the registration process is ridiculously lengthy and over-complicated. It feels like you’re being asked to sign up for a government security clearance rather than just accessing your crypto wallet. The identity verification steps are far too intrusive and time-consuming. The interface itself is another story altogether. It is not intuitive at all, and it feels like they designed it to be confusing on purpose. Simple tasks like checking your balance or transferring funds require an unnecessary amount of steps, and the site frequently logs you out for no apparent reason, asking you to re-enter all your credentials every time. Maybe it's just me, but I find that super annoying. The customer support is practically non-existent. I tried reaching out for help (because let's face it, almost everyone will need help navigating this labyrinth of a website), and after hours of waiting, all I got was a useless automated response that added nothing to solve my issue. To make matters worse, the transaction fees are higher compared to other similar platforms. I feel like I’m being ripped off every time I make a transaction. One more thing, the explanations and guides provided on the site are full of jargon and not user-friendly at all. For someone new to cryptocurrency, this site could be completely overwhelming, and it doesn't do anything to ease the learning curve. Given all these issues, I can't recommend Koinal.ai to anyone looking for a straightforward and efficient way to manage their cryptocurrency. They have a lot of work to do in terms of user experience and customer service. Adíos Koinal.ai, me mudaré a otra plataforma.
I tried using the Koinal service to exchange my cryptocurrencies, but the process was incredibly slow. It took almost 48 hours for my transaction to go through, which is unacceptable. Also, the customer service was not helpful at all. Won't recommend. 😡
