Additionally, I encountered numerous issues with the payment process. On multiple occasions, my transactions failed with no clear explanation, forcing me to repeat the process and waste valuable time. When I finally managed to complete a payment, it took an unusually long time for the keys to be delivered. This was frustrating because the whole point of using such a service is immediate access to the product. To add to the frustration, one of the keys I purchased turned out to be invalid. Contacting customer service was an ordeal; the response time was very slow, and when they did reply, the solutions offered were ineffectual. I had to go through several rounds of back-and-forth emails to get a partial refund. Furthermore, the prices on the website are not as competitive as I was led to believe. After conducting a bit of research, I found better deals on other platforms that were more reliable and easier to use. In summary, my experience with kinguin.net was below average, majorly due to poor usability, inadequate customer service, and subpar pricing.
