I ordered a few products from Killer Beauty after hearing some decent reviews, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the website navigation left a lot to be desired. Finding the products I wanted was more time-consuming than it should have been, with categories poorly arranged and search results that didn't always match my query. When I finally made my selections, the checkout process was another hassle. I encountered multiple errors and had to refresh the page several times, which made me nervous about potentially losing my order. The shipping took longer than advertised. The website promises swift delivery, but my package arrived a week late, and there was no proactive communication from customer service regarding the delay. I had to chase them up myself, which was frustrating and time-consuming. When the package finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that one of the products was missing. I immediately contacted customer service, who took their sweet time getting back to me. They were polite but offered no real compensation for the inconvenience beyond an expedited replacement for the missing item. Considering the delay, I expected some sort of discount or voucher but got nothing. As for the products themselves, they were okay but not outstanding. Given the hype and the price point, I expected much better quality. One of the items even had slightly damaged packaging, which made me question its authenticity or whether it had been previously used. Overall, my experience with Killer Beauty was far from stellar. The only reason I'm not giving a one-star review is that the products, though disappointing, were not entirely unusable. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a hassle-free beauty shopping experience.
Was very excited to try Killer Beauty's products, but the customer service was pretty disappointing. Had issues with my order and didn't get much help. Also, the delivery took longer than expected. There's room for improvement.
