I was really looking forward to purchasing from Kickwho after hearing mixed reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was way below par. The website seems promising at first glance, especially with the range of products they offer. However, the reality is far from satisfactory. Firstly, the product descriptions are very vague. I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time just trying to understand the differences between similar sneakers. On top of that, the images provided do not accurately represent the actual product. I ordered a pair of sneakers that looked fantastic online but what I received was quite different. The quality was significantly lower than expected and did not match the description at all. Customer service is another major letdown. I reached out to them multiple times, and the responses were either extremely slow or non-existent. It seems like they do not really care about their customers once the purchase has been made. It's incredibly frustrating to feel ignored, especially when you're trying to resolve an issue with a defective product. The shipping process was also a disaster. It took three weeks for my order to arrive, which is excessively long. Their tracking system is almost non-functional, providing no real-time updates. By the time my package arrived, I had almost given up hope. Additionally, navigating the website is a hassle. The user interface is not intuitive, and it often feels like you have to jump through hoops just to find basic information. There are also a lot of broken links and error pages, which don't inspire confidence. Overall, Kickwho failed to deliver on almost every front. Between the poor customer service, low-quality products, and terrible website experience, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.
