Also, honestly, I was pretty disappointed with Kanuverleih Berlin. I was really looking forward to a fun day out on the water, but my experience was far from enjoyable. First off, the canoes looked really old and worn out. It felt like they hadn't been maintained in ages! The paddles were in bad shape, which made the whole canoeing experience really frustrating. They definitely need to invest in better equipment. Secondly, the staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. When we arrived, they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting us. We had to wait a long time just to get their attention, and they didn't provide clear instructions on how to use the canoes or where to go. It felt very disorganized and unprofessional. Moreover, the area where we were supposed to canoe was not well-kept. There was a lot of debris in the water, which made it difficult to paddle smoothly. I even saw some trash floating around. It wasn't the clean and scenic experience I had envisioned. Lastly, the price was pretty high for what we got. I don't mind paying for a good experience, but this was definitely not worth the money. I've been to other canoe rental places that offered much better service and equipment for a similar price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Kanuverleih Berlin unless they make some serious improvements. There are surely better options out there if you're looking to have a pleasant day on the water.
