J'étais très exciteé par l'idée des cartes de visite NFC de JustOneCard, mais j'ai été assez décue par la réalité. Le design personnaliseé est sympa, mais la carte en elle-même n'a pas bien fonctionné avec beaucoup de smartphones 😞. J'ai dû souvent expliquer à mes contacts comment scanner le QR code au dos, ce qui n'est pas très pro ou rapide. Bref, pas terrible pour le prix.
This website, Justonecard.fr, has been a real letdown. I was drawn in by the promise of convenience and simplicity for sending personalized cards, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. First of all, the user interface is clunky and not intuitive at all. Trying to navigate through the different options was like pulling teeth. I spent more time figuring out how to use the site than actually creating the card. When I finally managed to design my card, the customization options were very limited. The selection of templates is outdated and doesn't offer much variety. I was hoping for more modern and diverse designs, but everything seems stuck in the past. The text editing options are also very basic and lack any real flexibility or creativity, which was a big disappointment. Another major issue is the loading times, which are incredibly slow. It feels like I'm back in the dial-up era with how long it takes for each page to load. It got to a point where I almost gave up on the entire process out of sheer frustration. To top it off, the customer service is practically non-existent. I tried reaching out for help with some questions I had, but never received a response. It’s frustrating when you can't get any support, especially when the site is this hard to use. The final nail in the coffin was the delivery time. Despite promises of quick turnaround, my card arrived much later than expected, which was really inconvenient. Overall, I had high hopes for Justonecard.fr, but the experience fell flat. It's more trouble than it's worth, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and reliable card service.
